Victoria Baker is the artist and author of The Little Girl and the Tortoise. She’s been published in magazines and anthologies such as Dark Moon Digest and A Year of the Monkeys anthology. She’s been a writer for as long as she can remember and ventured into art to gain access to another form of storytelling.
